摘要
论述了结合传感器网络的选煤厂内部监测体系的创建。系统以兼容ZigBee协议的硬件平台,借助基于OPC的软件设计,顺利完成了拓扑结构的无线状态监测体系。完成创建后,系统能够收集得到温度、加速度等数据,对此进行研究同时提供设备的运行状态报告,给设备的管理和维护带来重要的依据。在解决过去工业总线控制方案下诸多不足的基础上,实现了设备振动信号和温度信号的全覆盖监测以及监测子站与监测分站之间的无线通信,同时开发了监测平台实现监测数据的显示、存储、报表等功能,还具有预知维护决策功能,实现对设备故障的早期识别和预知维护,大大提升了选煤厂内部信息化、智能化的创建水平。
This paper discusses the establishment of internal monitoring system of coal preparation plant based on sensor network. Based on the hardware platform compatible with ZigBee protocol and the software design based on OPC,the wireless state monitoring system with topological structure is successfully completed. After the establishment,the system can collect data such as temperature,acceleration and so on. It also provides the operation status report of the equipment,which provides important basis for the management and maintenance of the equipment. On the basis of resolving many shortcomings of the industrial bus control scheme in the past,full coverage monitoring of equipment vibration signal and temperature signal and wireless communication between monitoring sub-station and monitoring sub-station are realized. At the same time,monitoring platform is developed to display,store and report the monitoring data. It also has the function of predictive maintenance decision-making to realize early identification and predictive maintenance of equipment faults,which greatly improves the establishment of informatization and Intellectualization in coal preparation plant.
