摘要
以国家能源集团煤炭生产、运输、储存、销售、燃用一体化产业链条为例,分析一体化运营企业煤炭产品质量在(的)管理,应用全面质量管理方法和卓越质量管理评价方法,注重产业链条上下游单位之间质量管理的衔接,深入研究煤炭产品质量管理关键指标体系,建立了一套以ISO质量管理体系、卓越质量评价准则、先进有效的煤质管理工艺、设备实施和新技术的应用以及全面通畅的信息系统平台为基础,涵盖集团公司全产业链条的全面质量管理关键指标体系,更好地促进煤炭产品质量的提升和使企业整体效益最大化的创效能力。结合质量管理体系发展、煤炭产品提质新技术新工艺新装备和信息化网络技术的应用对今后指标体系的完善和延展提出新的展望。
Taking the integrated industrial chain of coal production,transportation,storage,sales and burning of national energy group as an example,this paper analyzes the management of coal product quality in the integrated operation enterprises,applies the comprehensive quality management method and the excellent quality management evaluation method,pays attention to the connection of quality management between the upstream and downstream units of the industrial chain,and deeply studies the key indicators of coal product quality management Based on the ISO quality management system,excellent quality evaluation criteria,advanced and effective coal quality management process,equipment implementation,application of new technology and comprehensive and smooth information system platform,the key index system of total quality management covering the whole industrial chain of the group company is established to better promote the quality of coal products and maximize the overall benefit of the enterprise Creativity. At the same time,combined with the development of quality management system,the application of new technology,new equipment and information network technology,the paper puts forward new prospects for the improvement and extension of the index system in the future.
