摘要 乌兰木伦矿地质条件恶化,末煤煤泥水系统煤泥处理无法满足要求而导致末煤系统退出,为从煤泥水系统中最大化地排出矸石泥,降低重介质选煤过程中的生产成本,提高煤炭产品质量,保证煤泥水系统正常运行,进行了煤泥减量提质技术研究与应用。结合选煤厂实际工艺,利用高频筛外排浓缩池底流、增加10 mm末煤预脱粉工艺及浓缩池底流高灰泥转排井下等方式来降低系统的煤泥给入量,确定煤泥进出平衡点,保证煤泥水系统的正常运转,从而达到降本和提质增效的双重目的。 The geological conditions of Wulanmulun mine worsened,and the slime in the slime water system could not be treated,which led to the exit of the slime water system.In order to maximize the discharge of gangue slime from the slime water system,reduce the production cost in the heavy medium coal preparation process,improve the quality of coal products,and ensure the normal operation of the slime water system,slime reduction and upgrading technology was researched.Combined with the actual process of coal preparation plant,the arnount of sline and balance poiat of slime in and out are defined through the use of high-frequency screen to discharge the underflow of concentration pool,adding 10 mm fine coal pre pulverization process,the underflow of concentration pool high ash sludge to be discharged into the well and other ways.It ensures the normal operation of slime water system and achieves the dual purpose of reducing cost and improving quality and efficiency.
