摘要
为了研究高管团队异质性和企业环保投资规模之间的关系,以高层梯队理论为理论基础,以2012—2018年制造业上市公司的统计数据为研究样本展开实证分析。研究结果表明,高管团队的性别异质性、职业背景异质性、任期异质性都对企业的环保投资规模有显著正向影响作用,因此,就提高企业环保投资规模而言,应适当增加高管团队中女性成员的数量以及注重团队新老成员、不同工作背景成员之间的沟通交流,积极发挥高管团队异质性对企业环保投资规模的促进作用。
In order to study the relationship between the heterogeneity of executive team and the scale of enterprise environmental protection investment,based on the theory of senior echelon,the statistical data of manufacturing listed companies in 2012-2018 as the research sample to carry out an empirical analysis.The results show that the gender heterogeneity,career background heterogeneity and tenure heterogeneity of the executive team have a significant positive effect on the scale of environmental investment.Therefore,in terms of improving the scale of environmental investment,we should appropriately increase the number of female members in the executive team and pay attention to the communication between the new and old members of the team and the members of different working backgrounds,and actively play the role of the heterogeneity of the executive team in promoting the scale of environmental investment in the enterprise.
