摘要
目的:考察心理一致感与应对方式对中国消防员创伤后应激反应的影响,并检验应对方式在心理一致感与创伤后应激反应间的中介作用。方法:使用事件影响量表、心理一致感量表和特质应对方式问卷对234名经历创伤事件的消防员进行现场调查。结果:①积极应对方式与创伤后应激反应及其各因子分呈显著负相关(r=-0.276,-0.250,-0.299,-0.195;P<0.01);消极应对方式与创伤后应激反应及其各因子分呈显著正相关(r=0.438,0.394,0.443,0.336;P<0.01);心理一致感与创伤后应激反应及其各因子分呈显著负相关(r=-0.446,-0.406,-0.429,-0.355;P<0.01);心理一致感与积极应对显著正相关,与消极应对显著负相关(r=0.276,-0.606;P<0.01);②心理一致感可以直接预测创伤后应激反应(β=-0.29,P<0.01);心理一致感可以预测积极应对和消极应对(β=0.29,-0.72;P<0.01);积极应对和消极应对能预测创伤后应激反应(β=-0.19,0.26;P<0.01);③积极应对、消极应对在心理一致感与创伤后应激反应之间起部分中介作用,中介效应分别占总效应的11.48%、34.82%。结论:心理一致感通过直接和间接两个途径影响消防员的创伤后应激反应。积极应对和消极应对在心理一致感与创伤后应激反应之间具有双重中介作用。
Objective:To explore the impact of sense of coherence(SOC)and coping styles on posttraumatic stress symptoms(PTSS)among Chinese firefighters,and to examine the mediation effect of coping styles on the relationship between SOC and PTSS.Methods:Impact of Event Scale-Revised(IES-R),Sense of Coherence Scale(SOC-13)and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire(TCSQ)were used among 234 male firefighters who experienced traumatic events.Results:①Positive coping was significantly negatively related to PTSS and each factor score(r=-0.276,-0.250,-0.299,-0.195;P<0.01),negative coping was significantly positively related to PTSS and each factor score(r=0.438,0.394,0.443,0.336;P<0.01),SOC was significantly negatively related to PTSS and each factor score(r=-0.446,-0.406,-0.429,-0.355;P<0.01),there was a positive correlation between SOC and positive coping(r=0.276,P<0.01)and a significantly negative correlation between SOC and negative coping(r=-0.606,P<0.01).②SOC negatively predicted PTSS(β=-0.29,P<0.01);SOC positively predicted positive coping(β=0.29,P<0.01)and negatively predicted negative coping(β=-0.72,P<0.01);Positive coping negatively predicted PTSS(β=-0.19,P<0.01);Negative coping positively predicted PTSS(β=0.26,P<0.01).③Positive coping and negative coping partially mediated the association between SOC and PTSS respectively,the mediating effect accounted for 11.48%and 34.82%of the total effect respectively.Conclusion:SOC affects PTSS of firefighters through direct and indirect ways.Positive coping and negative coping have dual mediating effect between SOS and PTSS.
