摘要
在教育部强调高校要转变教育思想和观念的背景下,本文以"职业生涯管理"专业课程的改革为例,从中探索"开放性"、"自主性"的实践教学模式与教学方法,总结、提炼实践型教学经验,形成教学成果和研究成果,以期未来可以有效的应用于整个人力资源管理系列课程的教学中,进而提升整个专业学生实践能力、自我学习能力、自我成长能力。
In the Ministry of Education of a change in emphasis on college education under the background of thoughts and ideas,this paper takes "career management" professional curriculum reform,for example,to explore the practice of "open","autonomy" teaching mode and teaching method,summarized and refined practice teaching experience,the formation of teaching results and research results,in the hope of the future can be effectively applied to the whole human resource management series course teaching,and enhance the students’ practical ability,learning ability,growth ability.
