摘要
本文介绍了背散射电子成像(backscattered electron imaging,BSEI)技术的成像原理,阐述了形貌衬度、原子序数衬度以及电子通道衬度(electron channel contrast,ECC)对BSEI图像的影响,重点总结了BSEI技术在扭转变形304不锈钢(表征材料缺陷)、氧化物弥散强化(oxide dispersion strengthened,ODS)钢(表征第二相粒子)、表面渗铬碳钢(表征涂层)等几种钢材料研究中的应用,利用这些案例分析讨论了BSEI技术在钢铁材料研究中的应用优势和存在的一些问题。这些结果为未来的BSEI技术在钢铁材料中的深入应用与发展提供了参考与指导。
In this study,the imaging principles of backscattered electron imaging(BSEI)technique was introduced.The influence of topographic contrast,atomic number contrast and electron channel contrast(ECC)on the BSEI figure was described.The application of BSEI on the research of several kinds of steels,such as torsional deformed 304 stainless steel(characterizing material defects),oxide dispersion strengthened(ODS)steel(characterizing second phase particles)and surface chromized carbon steel(characterization coating),was summarized in detail.The advantages and challenges of the application of BSEI in steels materials research were discussed by using these cases.These findings can serve as a guide for further research of backscattered electron imaging in the field of iron and steel materials.
