摘要
随着我国测绘地理信息事业的发展,特别是新型基础测绘工作的开展,人们对测绘档案资料的管理水平也提出新的要求。建立数字测绘档案馆,利用信息化的手段对测绘地理信息档案进行管理和应用,提高测绘地理信息档案资料综合服务能力具有现实的必要性和紧迫性。结合江苏省测绘资料馆多年测绘资料档案管理和服务实践的经验,从标准体系建设、基础设施建设、数字档案资源建设和档案管理与服务平台建设4个方面,介绍了数字测绘档案馆的建设方法和技术手段,以期为测绘档案资料信息化管理提供借鉴。
With the development of domestic surveying and mapping geographic information industry,especially the development of new basic surveying and mapping work,people also put forward new requirements for the management level of surveying and mapping archives.It is a realistic necessity and urgency to establish a digital surveying and mapping archives,using information technology to manage and apply surveying and mapping geographic information archives,and to improve the comprehensive service capabilities of surveying and mapping geographic information archives.It combines the years of experience in surveying and mapping data archive management and service practice of Jiangsu surveying and mapping archives,from four aspects:standard system construction,infrastructure construction,digital archive resource construction and archives management and service platform construction,introduces the digital surveying archives construction methods and technical means are expected to provide reference for the information management of surveying and mapping archives.
