倾斜摄影和激光雷达技术在新型基础测绘建设中的应用——以上海张江试验区地形图升级项目为例 被引量:7

摘要 传统基础测绘产品一般依据国家标准和地方标准以及行业规范为基础,以固定比例尺形式来表达,使用方式较为单一,难以满足当前城市建设和管理的需求,同时其成果要素并没有真正体现联动更新、按需服务的要素级特征。结合倾斜摄影和激光雷达技术在上海新型基础测绘建设试点中的应用,在新型基础测绘地形图各类要素的获取来源以及如何满足地形图升级实际需求方面进行了具体解读,对新型基础测绘地形图生产方法的研究和改进具有重要意义。 Traditional basic surveying and mapping products are generally based on national and local standards as well as industry norms,and are expressed in a fixed scale form,with a relatively single use mode,which is difficult to meet the current needs of urban construction and management,at the same time,the result element does not reflect the feature of linkage updating and on-demand service.Based on the application of tilt photography and Lidar technology in Shanghai new-type basic surveying and mapping construction pilot project is explained in this paper,including the source of various elements of new-type basic surveying and mapping topographic map and how to meet the actual needs of topographic map upgrading,it is of great significance to study and improve the new production method of basic surveying and mapping topographic map.
