摘要
为推进军队院校联勤采购人才培养模式转型重塑,提升联勤采购聚焦实战、保障打赢的能力,在分析联勤采购保障现状基础上,聚焦联勤采购向实战化、高效能、新质型、军民融合式转型重塑的需求,提出培养实战化采购人才、构建准入分级培养模式、完善供需衔接培养模式、军民融合培养采购人才等方面对策与建议。
In order to promote the transformation and reconstruction of training mode of joint service purchasing talents in military academies,and improve the ability of joint service purchasing to focus on actual combat and ensure win-win,this paper firstly analyzes the current situation of joint service purchasing support.Then,according to the demand of joint service purchasing to transform into combat-oriented,efficient,new quality and civil-military integration,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from following aspects:training combat-oriented purchasing talents,building the access and classification training mode,improving the supply and demand connection training mode,and training civil-military integrated talents.
