摘要
为适应军队体制编制调整改革,促进装备保障人才队伍建设,针对装备保障分队人才培养存在的问题,提出构建基于知识管理的装备保障人才培养系统的构想。分析该系统实际需求,以知识管理与学习型组织理论为支撑,提出包含七大功能模块的装备保障分队人才培养系统SECI+模型,实现内部知识的积累与循环,为装备保障分队官兵提供学习平台。
In order to adapt to the adjustment reform of military system,and promote the construction of equipment support personnel team,in view of the problems existing in personnel training of equipment support unit,this paper firstly puts forward the idea of building equipment support personnel training system based on knowledge management.Then,it analyzes the actual requirement of the system,and puts forward the SECI+model of equipment support unit talent training system based on the theory of knowledge management and learning organization,which includes seven functional modules.It realizes the accumulation and circulation of internal knowledge and provides a learning platform for officers and soldiers of equipment support unit.
