摘要
为建立科学、有效的军事训练质量评估模型,以军事训练质量作为评估对象,运用可拓层次分析方法,对某单位实际数据建立的评估模型中3个一级指标和9个二级指标进行权重赋值,确定被评估对象的经典域和节域,得出被评估对象军事训练质量的所属等级和一级指标的弱项,客观反映军事训练质量的评价要素,以期为部队提高应对多样化军事任务能力提供对策建议。
In order to establish a scientific and effective military training quality evaluation model,taking the military training quality as the evaluation object,this paper firstly assigns weights to three first-class indicators and nine secondclass indicators in the evaluation model established by the actual data of a unit with the extension analytic hierarchy process.Then,it determines the classic domain and section domain of the evaluated object,and obtains the level of the military training quality of the evaluated object and the weakness of the first-class indicators,which can objectively reflect the quality of military training and provide suggestions for the army to improve its ability to cope with diversified tasks.
