踏阶运动心率上升速率与最大摄氧量相关性分析 被引量:2

Analysis of the correlation between the increase rate of heart rate and the maximal oxygen uptake during step movements

摘要 目的研究定量负荷运动心率随运动时间的变化特征,探讨心率上升速率与有氧耐力的相关关系。方法以192名男性军人为对象,进行踏阶运动(踏速为22.5和30次/min,阶高40 cm),采用Polar V800心率表测定踏阶运动开始后第1~5分钟各时间点的运动心率;依据GJB 1337—92《士兵体能的测量和评价》,测定军人的最大摄氧量(VO2max)。结果踏阶运动开始后,运动心率随时间而加快,相邻2个时间点的运动心率差异有显著性(P<0.01);运动开始后各时间点心率上升速率与VO2max均呈负相关,并且两种踏速运动到第3分钟及以后的时间点,心率上升速率与VO2max均达到强相关(r=-0.628,-0.637,P<0.01)。结论定量负荷运动心率上升速率与有氧耐力呈负相关,心率上升速率越慢,有氧耐力越好,反之则相反;运动开始一段时间后的心率上升速率可作为推测有氧耐力的参考指标。 Objective To explore the variation of heart rate(HR)with exercise time during quantitative load exercise and the correlation between the increase rate of HR and aerobic endurance. Methods One hundred and ninety-two young male soldiers were enrolled in step movements(step speed 22.5 and 30 b/min,step height 40 cm);the exercise HR was measured by PolarV800 HR meter at each time point from 1 st minute to 5 th minute after step movements started;and the maximum oxygen uptake(VO2max )of soldiers was measured according to "GJB1337—92 Measurement and Evaluation of Soldier’s Physical Energy". Results After step movements,the HR increased with time,and there was a significant difference in the HR between two adjacent time points(P<0.01). There was a negative correlation between the increase rate of HR and VO2max at each time point,and the correlation between the increase rate of HR and VO2max at the 3 min and subsequent time points reached a strongly degree(r=-0.628,-0.637,P<0.01). Conclusion There is a negative correlation between the increase rate of HR and aerobic endurance in quantitative load exercise. The slower increase rate of HR,the better the aerobic endurance,on the contrary,the increase rate of HR after a period of exercise can be used as a reference index to predict aerobic endurance.
