摘要
目的讨论和分析全球基因编辑技术专利竞争态势,以期为我国基因编辑技术发展提供借鉴和参考。方法运用专利计量和专利地图可视化方法,对基因编辑技术专利的发展趋势、市场布局、创新能力、申请机构竞争力、主要发明人竞争力、专利对抗分析等方面进行分析,展示国际竞争态势。结果基因编辑技术专利在近10年呈不断增长态势,美国在该领域全球领跑,专利量居于全球第一,拥有全球顶级研发机构和团队,其次是中国、德国、韩国、英国等;美国、中国市场最为活跃,美国专利在我国有大量布局。结论中国专利申请量从2017年起反超美国,但在创新能力、专利质量、专利成果转化、应用推广方面有待进一步提高。
Objective To analyze the global patent competition related to gene editing technology in order to provide reference for the development of gene editing technology in China.Methods By using patent measurement and patent map visualization,this paper demonstrated the current international competition in terms of patent developments,market layout and innovation ability,competitiveness of application agencies,competitiveness of main inventors,and analysis of patent confrontation.Results The patents of gene editing technology had been increasing over the past 10 years.The U.S.remained the world leader in this field,with the largest number of patents and top R&D institutions and teams in the world,followed by China,Germany,South Korea,and Britain.The U.S.and Chinese markets were the most active.U.S.patents had a large number of layouts in China.Conclusion China has surpassed the United States in the number of patent applications since 2017,but more improvement has to be made in terms of innovation capability,patent quality,patent achievement transformation,and application promotion.
