地铁硬岩基坑旋挖临空面爆破开挖技术

摘要 临空面在现有岩体爆破破碎理论中扮演着极其重要的角色,镇海路站端头井为基坑内平地上进行下挖爆破,爆破开挖无临空面,爆破约束作用较大、效率低。针对这一问题,在端头井中间利用旋挖钻钻设1个直径1m的垂直空孔作为临空面,既能减少爆破震动,又节约工期,经济效益显著,爆破效果良好,可在类似工程中推广使用。 The free face plays an extremely important role in the existing theory of rock mass blasting fragmentation.The end shaft of Zhenhai Road Station is used for excavation blasting on the flat ground in the foundation pit.There is no free face in the blasting excavation,so the blasting constraint is large and the efficiency is low.In view of this problem,a vertical empty hole with a diameter of 1 m is drilled in the middle of the end well by using the rotary drill as the free face,which can not only reduce the blasting vibration,but also save the construction period,with significant economic benefits,and achieve good blasting effect,which can be widely used in similar projects.
