摘要
膨胀土地基具有饱水膨胀和失水收缩特点,会对低层建筑(三层及以下)的质量与安全构成较大威胁。基于此,文中对成都地区膨胀土的实际情况及处理策略进行分析,通过某公司厂房的工程实例,深入探讨成都膨胀土处理策略的具体应用。
Expansive soil foundation has the characteristics of water-saturated expansion and water-loss shrinkage.This kind of foundation will pose a great threat to the quality and safety of low-riseb uildings(three floors and below).Based on this,the paper analyzes the actual situation and treatment strategy of expansive soil in Chengdu area,and discusses the specific application of expansive soil treatment strategy in Chengdu through an engineering example of a company's workshop.
