摘要
文中采用四种不同的界面强度测试方法,选用两种工程常用的界面处理方式,开展超高性能混凝土-普通混凝土(UHPC-NC)界面拉剪性能试验研究。结果表明,UHPC-NC界面拉剪黏结强度均能满足相关规范要求,界面破坏均呈现NC端基体混凝土的内聚破坏模式,UHPC-NC界面表现出良好的黏结性能;推荐直拉试验作为UHPC-NC界面抗拉强度的强度判定测试方法,劈拉试验作为UHPC-NC界面抗拉强度横向对比测试方法,斜剪试验作为UHPC-NC界面剪切性能测试方法。
Four different interface strength test methods were used,and two commonly used interface treatment methods in engineering were selected to carry out the UHPC-NC interface tensile and shear performance test research.The results showed that the UHPC-NC interface tensile and shear bonding strength could meet the relevant specifications,and the interface failure presented the cohesive failure mode of NC part concrete.The UHPC-NC interface showed good bonding performance.It was recommended that the direct pull test be used as the strength determination test method for UHPC-NC interface tensile strength,the splitting pull test be used as the transverse comparison method for UHPC-NC interface tensile strength,and the slant shear test be used as the UHPC-NC interface shear performance test method.
