摘要
进行干法SBS改性沥青混合料生产时,拌和温度是关键工艺参数之一。文中通过胶结料黏温曲线拟合得到干法SBS改性沥青混合料的理论拌和温度,并考虑干法SBS改性剂的熔融特性,通过粗集料干拌试验得出最低拌和温度。以此为基础,文中进行不同温度条件干法SBS改性沥青混合料路用性能验证。结果显示,当拌和温度超过175℃,混合料路用性能增幅趋小,综合性能及能耗,推荐175℃为最佳拌和温度。该温度与黏温曲线拟合结果相差10℃,证明根据改性沥青黏温曲线确定施工温度的方法已不适用,建议根据实际路用性能确定最佳拌和温度。
When producing dry SBS modified asphalt mixture,mixing temperature is one of the key process parameters.The theoretical mixing temperature of dry SBS modified asphalt mixture was obtained by fitting the viscosity temperature curve of the binder in the article,and the melting characteristics of the dry SBS modifier were considered.The minimum mixing temperature was obtained through dry mixing tests of coarse aggregates.Based on this,the performance verification of dry SBS modified asphalt mixture under different temperature conditions is carried out in the article.The results show that when the mixing temperature exceeds 175℃,the increase in road performance of the mixture tends to be small.Based on comprehensive performance and energy consumption,175℃is recommended as the optimal mixing temperature.The difference between the temperature and the fitting result of the viscosity temperature curve is 10℃,indicating that the method of determining the construction temperature based on the modified asphalt viscosity temperature curve is no longer applicable.It is recommended to determine the optimal mixing temperature based on the actual road performance.
