不同结构体系及材料对超高层建筑结构造价成本的影响研究

摘要 文中以贵州省贵阳市某综合楼为例,就结构体系及结构材料对超高层建筑结构经济性的影响进行研究。结果表明,结构体系方面,框架核心筒的单方造价最低,为934元/m^(2),筒中筒结构体系单方造价与之相比增加39.8%,框筒结构体系单方造价与之相比增加53.7%。结构材料方面,普通钢筋混凝土单方造价最低,为1187.2元/m^(2),其次为型钢混凝土1481.4元/m^(2),最高为钢管混凝土1901.1元/m^(2);综合考虑材料的力学性能及经济效益,型钢混凝土性价比较高。因此,最终确定结构体系为框架-核心筒结构体系,材料类型为型钢混凝土。 This paper takes a complex building in Guiyang,Guizhou Province as an example to study the impact of structural system and structural materials on the structural economy of super tall buildings.The results show that in terms of structural system,the single cost of the frame core tube is the lowest,934 yuan/m^(2),and the single cost of the tube-in-tube structure system increases by 39.8%.The single cost of frame-tube structure system increased by 53.7%.In terms of structural materials,the single cost of ordinary reinforced concrete is the lowest,1187.2 yuan/m^(2),followed by shaped steel concrete,1481.4 yuan/m^(2),and the highest is concrete-filled steel tube,1901.1 yuan/m^(2).Considering the mechanical properties and economic benefits of steel reinforced concrete,the property value of steel reinforced concrete is higher.Therefore,it is finally determined that the structural system is the frame-core tube structural system,and the material type is steel reinforced concrete.
