摘要 传统双块式无砟轨道施工需要大量人力,人为干扰因素较大,施工过程中的数据难以精准控制且施工效率低下。针对道床板人工精调精度及效率低、施工完成后扣件更换率高的施工缺陷,文中立足施工一线,研发了一套新型智能精调装备,形成一套双块式无砟轨道智能精调施工工艺,实现精调过程智能化、信息化,减少人为干扰,实现精调数据实时监控和可追溯。文中研究有效解决了传统无砟轨道精调施工质量受人工因素干扰大的问题,提高了精调精度及效率,以供参考。 the traditional two-block ballastless track construction requires a lot of manpower,human interference factors are large,the data during construction is hard to accurately control,and the efficiency of construction is low.In view of the construction defects such as low precision and efficiency of manual precision adjustment of track bed plate and high replacement rate of fastenings after completion of construction,this paper develops a new set of intelligent precision adjustment equipment based on the construction line,forms a set of double-block ballastless track intelligent precision adjustment construction technology,realizes intelligent and informational process of fine adjustment,reduces human interference,and realizes real-time monitoring and traceability of fine adjustment data.Effectively reduce the traditional ballastless track fine adjustment construction quality by artificial factors,improve the precision and efficiency of fine adjustment.Provide reference for realizing intelligent construction of high-speed railway.
