摘要
根据第6届全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛的新型赛道要求,提出一种基于凸轮机构的"双8"字型轨迹无碳小车设计。小车采用偏置式三轮结构,通过理论分析和构建数学模型得到小车整体结构和初始参数,基于MATLAB仿真对结构参数以及轨迹进行优化,借助解析法求解凸轮轮廓曲线,并在现有微调方案的基础上,设计了更为准确和实用的螺旋传动微调机构。最后,通过样机测试,小车运行平稳,行进精度高,可有效避开新赛道障碍桩。该小车的设计为无碳小车的寻迹思路以及整体设计提供了参考。
According to the new trajectory requirements of the 6 th National College Students’Comprehensive Competence Competition in Engineering Training,a double 8-shaped trajectory carbon-free car was proposed that was based on cam mechanism.The car adopted biased three-wheel structure.By means of theoretical analysis and the mathematical model,the initial value of the car’s parameters and the structures were obtained.The parameters of the structures and the trajectory were optimized by the simulation of MATLAB.The cam contour curve was solved by analytic method.On the basis of the existing fine-tuning mechanism,the fine-tuning mechanism based on screw-driven was designed,which was more accurate and practicable.Finally,through physical prototype testing,the car ran smoothly and accurately,which could effectively avoid obstacles on the new trajectory.This study explored the guidance provided to design carbon-free car and tracing principle.
