摘要
为了解决传统设计方法对较复杂结构的超声磨削加工变幅杆的计算存在缺陷的问题,通过采用分段近似趋近方法,对超声加工振动系统变幅杆进行求解计算。运用传输矩阵,建立超声变幅杆频率方程的一般形式及放大系数。通过对无简单解析解的变截面变幅杆进行分段近似设计,得出相应的设计结果,采用有限元仿真、阻抗分析及样品对比试验进行验证。得出结论,运用分段近似趋近设计方法对超声变幅杆进行设计能够达到工程设计需要。
Since it’s difficult to calculate the ultrasonic-assisted grinding horn with more complicated structure by means of the traditional design methods,in this article the method of piecewise approximate simulation is applied to calculate the amplitude transformer of the ultrasonic-assisted grinding horn;the transmission matrix is employed;thus,both the general frequency equation and the amplification coefficient of the ultrasonic-assisted grinding horn are deduced.With the help of piecewise approximate simulation,the ultrasonic horn without simple analytic solution is divided into many parts,and some important results are identified.A series of verification are carried out by means of finite-element simulation,impedance analysis and sample comparison.The conclusion is obtained that the method of piecewise approximate simulation is practical to ensure that the design of the ultrasonic-assisted grinding horn can meet the engineering requirements.
