Structural design of the vehicle body attachment points based on topology optimization

摘要 对车身接附点进行了截面简化模型的拓扑优化结构优化设计研究。以某车型前排座椅安装点结构设计为例,建立车身及座椅骨架等结构的有限元仿真模型,并进行刚度及强度性能分析,确定了相关评价指标;以安装点位置的截面作为优化对象,建立了一种车身接附点的截面简化拓扑优化模型,以安装点刚度为目标,对结构进行内部加强和外部特征的两种方式的优化设计;根据拓扑优化结果,对安装点位置截面进行了重新优化设计,共解读出4种优化方案,对比各方案得出:特征方案明显优于内部加强板方案。 The structural optimization design of the vehicle body attachment points is studied by the topology optimization of simplified section model.Taking the structural design of the front seat installation point of a vehicle as an example,The finite element model of the vehicle body and the front seat skeleton is established,and the stiffness and strength performance is analyzed,and the relevant evaluation indexes are determined.Taking the cross section of the installation point as the optimization object,a simplified topology optimization model of the cross section of the vehicle body attachment point is established.Taking the stiffness of the installation point as the objective,the structure is optimized by two ways:internal reinforcement plate strengthen and external features change.According to the the topological optimization results,the section of the attachment point is re-optimized,and a total of four optimization schemes are interpreted.By comparing the schemes,it is concluded that the external feature scheme is better than the internal reinforcement plate scheme obviously.
