涡桨发动机水平调整方法研究与应用

摘要 涡桨发动机的水平调整是某型飞机维修中的重要环节,是确保飞机高效飞行、避免结构性损伤的关键。涡桨发动机安装支架杆系在维修时会被拆解,完成相应的检测后再次进行安装,由于安装产生的装配误差及环境因素的影响,使得完成安装挂载的整个支架左右两侧存在水平差异,需要进行水平位置调整,目前的调整方式仍然严重依赖人工经验,过程耗时费力。针对此问题,文中提出了涡桨发动机支架安装的水平度调整方法。建立了发动机安装支架挂载点的空间运动模型和水平度调整模型,分析了安装支架杆系的杆长、杆系伸缩量及形变量与挂载点的空间位置耦合关系;研究了杆系挂载点在调整过程中理论位置与实际位置间误差的修正方法,获得了杆系伸缩量、挂载点调整量与水平度之间的相应关系;同时采用仿真软件验证了结论的准确性,为涡桨发动机位姿高效调整提供了方法基础,同时也为高端装备的数字化维修提供了借鉴。 The levelness adjustment of the turboprop engine during installation is an important task of the aircraft maintenance department,and it is the key to ensure the efficient flight of the aircraft and the maintenance of structural maintenance.The engine mounting bracket rod system will be disassembled during maintenance and installed again after the inspection.Due to the assembly error caused by the installation and the influence of environmental factors,there is a horizontal difference between the left and right sides of the entire bracket that has been installed and mounted,and the horizontal position needs to be adjusted.The current adjustment method relies heavily on manual experience,and the process is time-consuming and labor-intensive.Aiming at this problem,this paper proposes a method for adjusting the levelness of the engine bracket installation.The spatial motion model and level adjustment model of the mounting point of the engine mounting bracket are established,and the rod length of the mounting bracket,the telescopic amount of the rod system,and the coupling relationship between the deformation amount and the mounting point are analyzed.The correction method between the theoretical position and the actual position of the loading point during the adjustment process,and the corresponding relationship between the telescopic amount of the rod system,the adjustment amount of the loading point and the levelness is obtained.At the same time,simulation software was used to verify the accuracy of the conclusions.The efficient adjustment of the engine position and posture provides a method basis,and also provides a reference for the digital maintenance of high-end equipment。
