摘要
在介绍区块链技术概念的基础上,分析当前工程项目管理存在的不足和区块链技术应用于工程项目管理的优势,提出将区块链技术应用于参与方信息高效协同、信息验证自动化和合同管理智能化等方面的构想,以期为区块链技术在工程项目管理中的应用提供参考。
This paper analyzes the existing problems of the current construction project management and the advantages of applying blockchain technology to construction project management after introducing the definition of blockchain.Then,presents the application ideas in efficient information coordination among the project participants,verifying information automatically,and smart contract management based on blockchain technology,in order to provide reference for the application of blockchain technology in construction project management.
