摘要
通过文献梳理,利用SPSS25.0和AMOS23.0进行统计分析,主要采用描述性统计分析方法、t检验、单因素方差分析、调节效应及其分析、多群组分析,用amos分析计算潜变量的调节作用。然后得出工作倦怠对离职倾向具有正向作用,心理授权对薪酬满意度具有正向作用,个人成就感低对离职倾向产生正向作用,个人成就感低对工作倦怠产生正向作用,个人成就感低在工作倦怠与离职倾向间起调节作用。最后提出针对性的建议,降低房地产经纪人的离职倾向。
Through literature review,using SPSS25.0 and Amos23.0 statistical analysis,mainly using descriptive statistical analysis,t-test,one-way Anova,adjustment effect and its analysis,multi-group analysis,this paper calculates the moderating effect of latent variables with amos analysis.Then,concludes that job burnout has a positive effect on turnover intention,psychological empowerment has a positive effect on pay satisfaction,low personal accomplishment has a positive effect on turnover intention,and low personal accomplishment has a positive effect on job burnout,low personal accomplishment is the moderating effect between job burnout and turnover intention.Finally,puts forward recommendations to reduce the tendency of real estate agents to leave.
