摘要
以武汉火神山医院应急工程建设项目的建造为例,基于SWOT分析法,论述工程项目管理过程中的优势、劣势、机会和威胁。对工程项目管理模式进行探索与优化,提出符合防疫建设要求的管理方式。将本工程项目管理的经验运用到往后各项目建设工作中去,为极速应急工程建设项目管理提供借鉴与参考。
Taking the construction of the emergency engineering project of Wuhan Huoshenshan hospital as an example,based on the SWOT analysis method,this paper discusses the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats in the project management process.Then,explores and optimizes the project management model,and proposes a management method that meets the requirements of epidemic prevention construction.The experience of project management of this project are applied to the construction work of various projects in the future to provide reference and reference for the management of rapid emergency engineering construction projects.
