火电厂反渗透膜污堵原因分析及处理 被引量:1

摘要 针对某火电厂反渗透膜发生污堵,压差过高导致膜元件损伤,产水量大幅降低等现象,通过对反渗透膜污染物进行SEM、EDX理化分析表明:胶体、有机物污堵是主要原因。对现有的膜进行彻底的离线化学清洗;采用叠式过滤器前增加3×70 t/h过滤装置,配置絮凝及杀菌装置;提高余氯发生器工作能力,厂内工业水池余氯提高到0.2 mg/L,超滤水箱提高到0.1 mg/L,对水池及管道进行消杀剥离;将现有混合器盐酸加药设备改为连续性投加非氧化杀菌剂,将加药点移至阻垢剂加药点前30 cm以上等措施,使反渗透膜段间压差、产水量及清洗周期恢复至正常水平,有效解决了反渗透膜发生污堵的情况。 In view of the fouling of reverse osmosis membrane in a thermal power plant,the damage of membrane components and the significant reduction of water production caused by too high differential pressure,the SEM and EDX physical and chemical analysis of reverse osmosis membrane pollutants show that colloid and organic fouling are the main reasons.Thoroughly off-line chemical cleaning the existing membrane.Add before using stacked filter 3×70 t/h filtering device,equipped with flocculation and sterilization device.Improve the working capacity of the residual chlorine generator,increase the residual chlorine of the industrial water tank in the plant to 0.2 mg/L,and the ultrafiltration water tank to 0.1 mg/L,so as to kill and strip the water tank and pipeline.The existing hydrochloric acid dosing equipment of the mixer is changed to continuous dosing of non oxidizing bactericide,and the dosing point is moved to more than 30 cm in front of the scale inhibitor dosing point,so as to restore the pressure difference between reverse osmosis membrane sections,water production and cleaning cycle to the normal level,and effectively solve the pollution and blockage of reverse osmosis membrane.
