摘要
针对我国基于统计年鉴测算建筑运行能耗缺少统一标准以及测算数据结果缺少校验方法的现状,从数据质量视角出发,建立了以应用目标为导向、多维度的建筑宏观统计数据质量评估模型,提出了以能耗强度指标校验建筑运行能耗测算结果的方法,并以上海地区为载体开展应用实践,实现了该地区公共建筑电力消费量的测算基础数据评估、测算结果校验的质量分析过程,初步验证了建筑运行能耗宏观数据质量分析方法的可行性,并为我国其他地区开展该领域工作提供借鉴。
In view of the lack of a unified standard for the estimation of building operation energy consumption based on Statistical Yearbook and the lack of calibration method for estimation data results in China,this paper establishes a multi-dimensional evaluation model of building macro statistical data oriented by application objectives,puts forward a method to check the estimation results of building operation energy consumption with energy consumption intensity index from the perspective of data quality.Then it carries out the application practice taking Shanghai as an example,realizes the quality analysis process of basic data evaluation and result verification for the estimation of electric power consumption of public buildings in this area.The study result preliminarily verifies the feasibility of macro statistical data quality analysis method of building operation energy consumption,and provides reference for other regions in China to carry out the work in this field.
