摘要
金融化通过住房等长期消费资料价格变动影响劳动力再生产。本文将住房生产和流通过程划分为购置土地、建筑安装过程以及住房流通三个阶段,依次分析金融化在各个阶段对住房价格的作用机制,进而考察住房等长期消费资料价格变动对劳动力再生产的影响。考察结果表明,金融化推动住房等长期消费资料价格上涨,并导致劳动力再生产成本上升与居民收入上涨之间的严重不对称效应,劳动者难以在市场上获得必需的基本消费资料,从而影响我国劳动力再生产进程。因此,应严格控制金融化进程和住房价格上涨、加大对长期消费资料的投入和补贴、通过劳动力价值的内涵增长提高居民收入等。本文为科学把握资本在住房领域的行为规律,防止资本无序扩张,促进社会劳动力正常再生产提供参考。
Financialization affects labor reproduction through the price changes of long-term consumer goods such as housing.This paper divides the process of housing production and circulation into three stages:land purchase,construction and installation and housing circulation,analyzes the action mechanism of financialization on housing price in each stage,and then examines the impact of price changes of long-term cost materials such as housing on labor reproduction.The results show that financialization promotes the price rise of long-term consumer goods such as housing,and leads to the serious asymmetric effect between the rise of labor reproduction cost and the rise of residents’income.It is difficult for workers to obtain the necessary basic consumer goods in the market,which affects the process of labor reproduction in China.Therefore,we should strictly control the process of financialization and the rise of housing prices,increase investment and subsidies for long-term consumption materials,and improve residents’income through the connotative growth of labor value.This paper provides a reference for scientifically grasping the behavior law of capital in the field of housing,preventing the disorderly expansion of capital and promoting the normal reproduction of social labor force.
