摘要
产业发展离不开科学技术的支撑,本文以基于四川沼气工程的实践为切入点,分析在乡村振兴战略下四川省农村沼气工程发展的现状,总结出目前四川省农村沼气工程的瓶颈及乡村振兴战略下四川省农村沼气工程发展的机遇,提出大力推进四川省农村沼气产业供给侧结构性改革、完善相关沼气补贴政策以及扶持第三方沼气工程服务商发展等工程发展对策建议。
Industrial development is inseparable from the support of science and technology.This paper takes the practice based on Sichuan biogas project as the starting point,analyzes the development status of rural biogas project in Sichuan Province under the rural revitalization strategy,and summarizes the bottleneck of rural biogas project in Sichuan Province and the opportunities for rural biogas projects in Sichuan Province under the strategy of rural revitalization,,and proposed to promote the structural reform of the supply side of the rural biogas industry in Sichuan Province,improve the relevant biogas subsidy policy,and support the development of third-party biogas engineering service providers in Sichuan Province.
