摘要
随着我国高等教育的大众化,在校研究生数量逐年增加。当前,在研究生培养过程中,教育规模扩张与教育质量提升的矛盾日益凸显。研究生导师在研究生培养过程中发挥着至关重要的作用,其学术水平与指导方式直接影响着研究生的培养质量。文章将研究生导师的指导方式抽象为“放”与“管”,并进一步将其量化,提出了放管分函数的概念,并将此函数分别与研究生培养目标及研究生管理方法联系起来,为新时代研究生培养提供参考。
With the popularization of higher education in China,the number of graduate students is increasing year by year.At present,the contradiction between the expansion of educational scale and the improvement of educational quality in the process of postgraduate training is increasingly prominent.Graduate tutors play a vital role in the process of graduate training.Their academic level and guidance methods directly affect the quality of graduate training.This paper abstracts the guidance methods of graduate tutors into"releasing"and"managing",and further quantifies them.It puts forward the concept of"releasing"and"dividing functions",and links this function with graduate training objectives and graduate management methods respectively,so as to provide reference for graduate training in the new era.
