摘要
当前多数高校对于城市管理专业硕士研究生的培养,总体上仍存在人才培养体系不健全、专业师资力量不足、学生自身能力不强等问题。基于以上认识,文章在新工科背景下,对当前城市管理专业硕士研究生的创新培养模式进行有益探讨,以期更好地提升城市管理专业人才的培养质量,助力城市化的高水平发展。
At present,most colleges and universities still have some problems in the cultivation of master’s students in urban management,such as imperfect talent training system,insufficient professional teachers,and weak students’abilities.Based on the above understanding,under the background of the new engineering discipline,the article makes a beneficial discussion on the innovative training mode of the current master’s degree students in urban management,in order to better improve the training quality of urban management professionals and help the high-level development of urbanization.
