摘要
本研究选取安顺市妇幼保健院一名4岁的自闭症儿童为研究对象,采用观察法、访谈法、个案研究法和单一被试实验法,探讨感觉统合训练对个案刻板行为的干预效果。干预效果:干预后刻板行为有一定改善。提出建议:采用感觉统合训练,训练师要多以个案为中心,从个案的兴趣出发,采取多种强化方式、利用可替代行为养成技术,减少个案刻板行为;选取训练器材既要简单有趣,又要有利于降低个案刻板行为的发生频率;辩证地看待积极行为支持策略及行为功能角度相结合的自闭症儿童的问题根源。
This study selected a 4-year-old autistic child from Anshun Maternal and Child Health Care&Children’s Hospital as the research object,and used observation,interview,case study and single subject experiment to explore the intervention effect of sensory integration training on case stereotyped behavior.Intervention effect:after intervention,stereotyped behavior has been improved to some extent.Put forward suggestions:using sensory integration training,trainers should focus on individual cases,start from the interests of individual cases,take various strengthening methods,use alternative behavior development techniques,and reduce the stereotyped behavior of individual cases;The selection of training equipment should not only be simple and interesting,but also be conducive to reducing the frequency of stereotyped behavior in cases;Dialectically look at the root of the problem of autistic children from the perspective of positive behavior support strategies and behavioral functions.
