基于课程改革的专职ATPL教师专业发展路径研究

摘要 为响应国家关于构建“双一流”大学的号召,作为被誉为中国民航飞行员的“摇篮”的中国民航飞行学院正努力建设成世界一流的民航特色飞行大学。因此,学校对飞行技术专业培养方案进行了改革,而培养ATPL专职教师是改革中的重要一环,探索一条专职ATPL教师专业发展路径势在必行。文章分析了以往ATPL课程的特点及不足,对ATPL教师应具备的能力和素质进行了探讨,提出了ATPL教师专业发展措施,为适应课程改革的要求,以及培养出一批优秀的专职ATPL教师指明了方向。 In response to the country's call to build a"double first-class"university,the Civil Aviation Flight Academy of China,known as the"cradle"of civil aviation pilots in China,is striving to build itself into a world-class civil aviation characteristic flight university.Therefore,the school has reformed the training program of flight technology specialty,and training full-time ATPL teachers is an important part of the reform.It is imperative to explore a professional development path for full-time ATPL teachers.The article analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of the previous ATPL courses,discusses the abilities and qualities that ATPL teachers should have,and puts forward the professional development measures for ATPL teachers,The professional development measures of ATPL teachers are put forward,which points out the direction for adapting to the requirements of curriculum reform and cultivating a group of excellent full-time ATPL teachers.
