摘要
随着经济全球化的加剧和技术的不断进步,当前的就业环境越来越严峻,高职院校学生的就业压力不断增加,学生就业难也成为当前社会聚焦的问题。基于此,高职院校将精准服务理念引入高职学生就业创业工作中,以期探索高效的解困方法。首先,立足现实,全面认知精准服务理念为高职学生就业创业带来的发展机遇,如优质的服务平台、拓展的就业渠道和立体的发展空间等;其次,以客观实际为出发点,从高职学生自身原因、高职院校层面的引导以及社会环境的影响等方面深入剖析高职学生群体就业难的根源;最后,以问题为导向,以精准为原则,从对象、定位、施策和对接方面入手提出具体策略。
With the intensification of economic globalization and the continuous progress of technology,the current employment environment is becoming increasingly severe.The employment pressure of vocational college students is increasing,and the difficulty of student employment has become a current social focus.Based on this,vocational colleges will introduce the concept of precise service into the employment and entrepreneurship work of vocational college students,in order to explore efficient solutions.Firstly,based on reality,comprehensively understand the development opportunities brought by the precise service concept to vocational college students'employment and entrepreneurship,such as high-quality service platforms,expanded employment channels,and three-dimensional development space;Secondly,starting from objective reality,we will deeply analyze the root causes of employment difficulties for vocational college students from the perspectives of their own reasons,guidance from vocational colleges,and the impact of social environment;Finally,with problem-oriented approach and precision as the principle,specific strategies are proposed from the aspects of object,positioning,implementation,and coordination.
