摘要
在国家深化教育评价改革、推进职业教育高质量发展的背景下,督评结合、完善高职院校教学质量评估与监测体系是必然趋势。高职院校的督导工作在职能、理念、队伍建设、地位、制度建设方面卓有成效,但也存在只督不评、第三方评价参与不够、社会利益相关者边缘化等问题。文章针对高职院校教学督导工作的现状,认为应该从完善机构、构建制度、加强第三方评价等方面入手,以进一步完善高职院校教学督导体系。
Against the backdrop of deepening education evaluation reform and promoting high-quality development of vocational education in the country,it is an inevitable trend to combine supervision and evaluation,and improve the teaching quality evaluation and monitoring system of vocational colleges.The supervision work in vocational colleges has achieved remarkable results in terms of functions,concepts,team building,status,and institutional construction,but there are also problems such as supervision without evaluation,insufficient participation in third-party evaluation,and marginalization of social stakeholders.In response to the current situation of teaching supervision work in vocational colleges,the article believes that we should start from improving institutions,constructing systems,and strengthening third-party evaluation to further improve the teaching supervision system in vocational colleges.
