摘要
近年来,建筑信息化技术快速发展,BIM技术应用于机电工程全寿命周期管理,具有其独特优势。BIM模型作为机电工程信息集成中心,在机电工程设计、施工、运维等各阶段,均可进行便利的信息输入输出及修改。同时,借助RFID、GIS等先进技术,BIM技术与传统管理相融合,针对传统机电工程管理中存在的问题,进行信息化技术提升,可有效提高各个阶段管理质量和效率,提升机电工程管理的信息化水平。
In recent years,with the rapid development of building information technology,BIM Technology has its unique advantages in the whole life cycle management of electromechanical engineering.BIM model,as the information integration center of electromechanical engineering,can carry out convenient information input,output and modification in the design,construction,operation and maintenance stages of electromechanical engineering.At the same time,with the aid of RFID,GIS and other advanced technologies,BIM Technology is integrated with traditional management,aiming at the problems existing in traditional electromechanical engineering management,information technology upgrading can effectively improve the management quality and efficiency in each stage,improve the information level of electromechanical engineering management.
