摘要
为了更好的培养优秀的技术型人才,很多的中等职业教育学校都选择了与企业进行合作,"校企合作"并非易事,在施行上面临重重问题,在学校、企业二者参与积极度不高的层面上,学生的教育发展面临不确定。从中等职业教育校企合作的现状、问题以及具体改进措施等方面来进行研究与实践,以期望改善这一问题,更好促进校企合作。
In order to better cultivate excellent technical talents,many secondary vocational education schools have chosen to cooperate with enterprises,"school enterprise cooperation" is not easy.It faces many problems in implementation.At the level of low participation enthusiasm of both schools and enterprises,students’ education development is facing uncertainty.This paper studies and practices the current situation,problems and specific improvement measures of school enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational education in order to improve this problem and promote the cooperation between school and enterprise.
