摘要
过度劳动对配偶就业会产生影响且效果显著。其主要表现在配偶的劳动时间、职业选择和就业状态等方面。男性过度劳动对女性就业的影响更凸显,且对女性就业具有促进作用,而这一作用来源于男性更多地参与了家庭分工,尤其是过度劳动程度更高的男性群体反而愿意承担更多的家务劳动。不可否认的是,女性依旧是家庭分工中的主要承担者,其家务劳动时间是男性的1.9倍。但女性过度劳动对男性就业的影响,仅仅表现在就业状态上,对劳动时间及职业选择都影响不大。且女性过度劳动与女性参与家务劳动呈显著负相关关系。随着家庭分工平等意识的提高,男性更多地愿意参与到家庭分工中,但这种提高却并没有被男性在职场中的过度劳动所减弱或者抵消。
Overwork has a significant impact on spouse employment.Its main manifestations are spouse's working time,career choice and employmnent status.The effect of male overwork on female employment is more prominent,and it can promote female employment.This effct comes from the fact that men are more involved in family division of labor,especially the male group with higher overwork level is willing to undertake more housework.It is undeniable that women are still the main undertakers of family division of labor,and their housework time is 1.9 times that of men.However,the effect of women's overwork on men's employment is only manifested in their employment status,which has lttle efeet on working time and career choice.And there is a significant negative correlation between women's overwork and women's participation in housework.With the increasing awareness of equality in family division of labor,men are more willing to participate in family division of labor,but this improvement has not been weakened or offset by men's overwork in the work place.
