急性心肌梗死合并CLBBB的研究进展被引量：1

摘要近年来,我国急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infaction,AMI)患者发病率逐年增加,给家庭及社会均带来了极大的负担,临床工作发现AMI患者多会伴随束支传导阻滞现象[1]。束支传导阻滞是临床常见的一类心脏传导系统异常现象,急性心肌梗死时合并束支传导阻滞将加重心室电活动与机械活动脱耦联、活动顺序发生改变,造成异常血流动力学效应显著,从而引起心力衰竭、恶性心律失常和(或)高度房室传导阻滞等危重症发生[2]。同时束支传导阻滞由于心室电生理的改变,掩盖或改变AMI典型的心电图表现,造成部分患者的漏诊及误诊.
