摘要
目的探讨超声心动图测定左房内径大小与心房颤动(AF)的相关性。方法选取2019年7月至2020年8月45例心房颤动患者,采用超声心动图测定左房内径大小,按照左房内径大小分成3组,Ⅰ组LAD≤37mm,Ⅱ组38-40mm,Ⅲ组>40mm,观察左房内径大小与心房颤动的相关性。结果Ⅲ组患者SV、CO、EF、E/A均低于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组患者SV、CO、EF、E/A比较无明显差异性(p>0.05);永久性房颤患者LAD高于阵发性房颤、持续性房颤,持续性房颤LAD高于阵发性房颤,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。三种类型的房颤患者LVEDD、LVESD、IVST、LVPWT进行对比,无明显差异性(p>0.05)。结论超声心动图测定左房内径大小与心房颤动具有明显关系,而且左房内径大小可显示心房颤动病变的严重程度。
Objective To investigate the correlation between left atrial diameter measured by echocardiography and atrial fibrillation(AF).Methods 45 patients with AF from July 2019 to August 2020 were selected.The left atrial diameter(LAD)was measured by echocardiography.According to the size of left atrial diameter,they were divided into three groups:groupⅠLAD≤37 mm,groupⅡ38-40 mm,groupⅢ>40 mm.Results(1)The SV,CO,EF and E/A in group III were lower than those in groupⅠand groupⅡ(p<0.05);(2)There was no significant difference in SV,CO,EF and E/A between groupⅠand groupⅡ(p>0.05);(3)LAD in patients with permanent AF was higher than that in patients with paroxysmal AF and persistent AF,and LAD of persistent AF was higher than that of paroxysmal AF(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in LVEDd,LVESD,IVST and LVPWT among the three types of AF(p>0.05).Conclusions There is a significant relationship between the size of left atrial diameter measured by echocardiography and atrial fibrillation,and the size of left atrial diameter can show the severity of atrial fibrillation.
