摘要
研究发现,理性、悟性、秉性是大学走向卓越的改革共性品质。理性旨在捍卫大学之道,即维护大学人才培养的使命理性、追求真理的学术理性、传承文明的文化理性和守护良知的批判理性;悟性旨在顺应时代之变,即灵敏感应环境变化的感知悟性、敏捷捕捉发展机遇的行动悟性、科学把握内外关系的灵动悟性和敏锐洞察未来趋势的超前悟性;秉性旨在坚持矛盾对立统一,即坚持保守与创新的对立统一、自治与规制的对立统一、自由与自治的对立统一、形而上与形而下的对立统一。理性使大学在纷繁复杂的时代境遇中保持清醒,悟性使大学在外部环境的急剧变化中与时俱进,秉性使大学在各种矛盾运动中找到有效平衡。把握大学走向卓越的改革共性品质,对于提升大学改革“品位”、促进大学“善治”和走向卓越具有重要的理论和实践价值。
The study found that rationality,understanding,and disposition are the common qualities of the university’s reform towards excellence.Its rationality aims to defend the way of the university,that is,to maintain the mission rationality of university talent training,the academic rationality of pursuing truth,the cultural rationality of inheriting civilization,and the critical rationality of protecting conscience;Perception comprehension,action comprehension to quickly capture development opportunities,agile comprehension to scientifically grasp internal and external relations,and advance comprehension to keenly understand future trends;The unity of opposites,the unity of opposites between freedom and autonomy,the unity of opposites between metaphysics and metaphysics.Rationality enables the university to stay awake in the midst of the complicated times,comprehension enables the university to keep pace with the times in the drastic changes of the external environment,and disposition enables the university to find an effective balance in various contradictory movements.Grasping the common quality of university reform towards excellence has important theoretical and practical value for improving the“taste”of university reform,promoting“good governance”and moving towards excellence.
