摘要
高考综合改革向纵深方向发展的同时,也在一定程度上增加了改革的复杂性与艰巨性。"十四五"期间,深化教育评价改革,从制度设计、观念转变、资源投入、配套改革等层面系统推进高考综合改革,需要加强前瞻性思考、全局性谋划、战略性布局、整体性推进。既要加强顶层设计,提升考试招生制度的科学性与公平性,也要统筹推进新高考和新课改,加强教师培训,保证改革理念落到实处;既要加强地方层面对教育资源的投入和保障力度,又要完善生涯规划教育等配套改革措施;还要加强舆论引导与宣传,最大程度凝聚改革共识,形成改革合力。
While the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination develops in depth,it also increases the complexity and arduousness of the reform to a certain extent.During the 14 th Five Year Plan period,to deepen the reform of education evaluation and college entrance examination we need put more attention to system design,concept change,resource investment,overall planning,strategic layout and so on.Meanwhile,we should strengthen the policy design in order to improve the scientificity and fairness of college entrance examination system,promote the New Gaokao and new curriculum reform,teacher training,and the implementation of the reform design,strengthen the investment and guarantee of educational resources at the local level,improve the supporting reform measures such as career planning education.It is also necessary to strengthen the guidance and publicity of public opinion to gather the reform consensus to the greatest extent.
