奈23井欠饱和盐水钻井液技术优化及应用

摘要 奈23井位于奈曼凹陷奈10东南块,在九佛堂组钻遇盐岩层,为应对盐岩层污染钻井液及盐膏层蠕动,采用欠盐水钻井液体系进行施工。通过室内实验优化了欠饱和盐水钻井液配方,并配套了盐水堵漏工艺,本井盐岩层井径平均扩大率11.88%,全井平均井径扩大率6.20%,电测一次成功,很好的解决了上部砂岩地层井漏,中部盐岩缩颈和下部泥岩掉块形成大肚子井眼导致的多口探井电测遇阻的难题。 Nai 23 well is located in the southeast block of Nai 10 in Naiman Sag. The salt rock formation was drilled in the Jiufotang formation. In order to cope with the drilling fluid contamination and salt paste layer creeping in the salt rock formation, the under-saline drilling fluid system was used for construction. The formulation of undersaturated brine drilling fluid was optimized by laboratory experiments, and the salt water plugging process was matched. The average diameter expansion rate of the well salt rock formation was 11.88%, and the average well diameter expansion rate of the whole well was 6.20%. The electrical test was successfully finished once, and the problems of circulation loss, hole shrinkage and wellbore collapse was well solved.
