摘要
病在下窍上宣肺属于下病上治范畴,其思想源于《黄帝内经》。肺为脏腑之华盖,其主气血津液之行,倘肺气郁闭,气血津液滞而不行,在下之窍亦会闭而失其通泄之常度。凡下窍闭塞不通之疾,如魄门、溺窍、精窍之窍机闭而不开,皆可依开宣肺气之法以论治。如溺窍闭而不开,可借“开南牖以求北风”之法以治,实为宣肺气以通利溺窍之法;魄门闭塞不通,可用开提肺气以通魄门之法以治;男子精窍不启,可取开肺气以启精关法以治;女子精窍不通,可施宣肺气以通胞脉之法以治。病虽有三窍之不同,法可取上宣肺气之一谛,皆是病在下窍上宣肺之理哉。
The idea of dispersing lung to treat the disease in the lower orifices belongs to the category of lower diseases and upper treatment,which originates from the Yellow Emperor′s Internal Classic.The lung is the canopy of the Zang-Fu organs,which mainly controls the movement of Qi,blood and body fluid.If the lung Qi is depressed and the Qi,blood and body fluid are stagnant,the lower orifices will also be closed and lose their regular Qi movement.All diseases that block the lower orifices,such as the orifices of the soul gate,drowning orifices and essence orifices,can be treated according to the method of opening and dispersing lung Qi.If the drowning orifices are closed but not opened,the method of"opening the south to the north wind"can be used to cure it.In fact,it is the method of dispersing lung Qi to benefit the drowning orifices.If the soul gate is blocked,it can be treated by opening and lifting lung qi to pass the soul gate;Men′s fine orifices do not open.It can be treated by dispersing lung Qi to open the essence orifices method.If a woman′s essence orifices are blocked,she can be treated by dispersing lung Qi to dredge the blood vessels.Although the disease has three different orifices,the method can take one of the essence of the upper lung Qi,which is the principle of the disease in the lower orifices.
