摘要
目的探究黄参白陈汤对痤疮(湿热蕴结型)患者临床疗效、血清炎性因子水平影响。方法研究合计纳入78例痤疮,均由该院2018年3月—2020年5月收治,采取随机数字表法将患者分为两组,予以对照组患者(39例)克林霉素甲硝唑搽剂结合百癣夏塔热片治疗,观察组患者(39例)则给予克林霉素甲硝唑搽剂结合黄参白陈汤治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后中医症状(丘疹脓包、皮肤油腻、红肿热痛、口臭便秘、舌红苔黄等)积分变化及皮损严重程度(GAGS)评分与疼痛评分(视觉模拟疼痛评分量表,VAS)变化、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平变化、创面愈合时间、6个月患者复发率、不良反应情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(97.44%,38/39)高于对照组患者(82.05%,32/39)(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者丘疹脓包、皮肤油腻、红肿热痛、口臭便秘、舌红苔黄等中医症状积分、GAGS评分及VAS评分、CRP水平比较(P>0.05),治疗后各组患者丘疹脓包、皮肤油腻、红肿热痛、口臭便秘、舌红苔黄等中医症状积分、GAGS评分及VAS评分、CRP水平均改善,观察组患者丘疹脓包、皮肤油腻、红肿热痛、口臭便秘、舌红苔黄等中医症状积分、GAGS评分及VAS评分、CRP水平等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组复发率均较低,分别为0、2.56%(1/39)(P>0.05);两组治疗均未发现不良反应(P>0.05)。结论黄参白陈汤对痤疮(湿热蕴结型)患者临床疗效显著,患者症状改善,恢复好,疼痛缓解,无不良反应,复发率低,安全可靠,可深入研究。
Objective To explore the effect of Huangshen Baichen Decoction(黄参白陈汤)on clinical efficacy and serum inflammatory factors in patients with acne(damp-heat accumulation type).Methods The study included 78 patients with acne from March 2018 to May 2020.By taking a random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups.The control group(39 cases)were treated with clindamycin metronidazole liniment in combination with the Baixian Xiatare Tablet.The observation group(39 cases)were given clindamycin metronidazole liniment and Huangshen Baichen Decoction.The traditional Chinese medicine symptoms(papule pustules,oily skin,red hot pain,bad breath,constipation,red tongue moss yellow,etc.)and integral change skin lesion severity(GAGS)score and pain score(visual analog pain rating scale,VAS),C-reactive protein(CRP)level and wound healing time before and after treatment,recurrence rate at 6 months and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate(97.44%,38/39)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(82.05%,32/39)(P<0.05).Before treatment,two groups′TCM symptoms integral,GAGS score and VAS score and CRP level had no significance(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM symptoms integral,GAGS score,VAS score and the level of CRP were improved,Those of the observation group were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rates of the observation group and the control group were both low,which were 0 and 2.56%(1/39)(P>0.05).No adverse reactions were found in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Huangshen Baichen Decoction has a significant clinical effect on patients with acne(damp-heat accumulation type).The symptoms are improved.The recovery is good and the pain is relieved.There are no adverse reactions and the recurrence rate is low.It is safe and reliable,and can be further studied.
