摘要
目的基于针刺在临床治疗坐骨神经痛的广泛应用,选取疗效最佳的取穴原则是其重要因素。方法综合目前对坐骨神经痛方面的研究,依据针灸穴位选取的发展历史以及近3年来发表在CNKI、万方数据库的文献按一定标准整理分析、归纳和总结选穴规律和取穴原则。结果共57篇文献,73个穴位,归纳为近部取穴的占37.0%,远部取穴占29.8%,远近结合取穴占77.1%,明确为经脉辨证取穴占9.4%。结论对坐骨神经痛这一疾病的相关情况进行阐述,从近部取穴、远端取穴以及经络辩证取穴等多角度展开分析,得出将远近取穴相结合治疗坐骨神经痛其效果会优于单纯近部取穴或单纯远道取穴。
Objective Based on the wide application of acupuncture in clinical treatment of sciatica,the selection of acupoints with the best curative effect is an important factor.Methods Based on the current research on sciatica,according to the development history of acupuncture acupoint selection and the literature published in CNKI and Wanfang database in recent three years,the rules and principles of acupoint selection were analyzed and summarized according to certain standards.Results A total of 57 articles and 73 acupoints were selected.The local acupoints accounted for 37.0%,distal acupoints accounted for 29.8%,distal and local acupoints accounted for 77.1%.The acupoint selection according to meridians accounted for 9.4%.Conclusion The related situation of sciatica is expounded,and the analysis is carried out from multiple perspectives such as local acupoint selection,distal acupoint selection and meridian syndrome differentiation acupoint selection.It is concluded that the effect of combining distal and local acupoint selection in the treatment of sciatica is better than that of simple local acupoint selection or simple distal acupoint selection.
