摘要
柴胡疏肝散是理气剂的代表方,临床运用广泛,疗效显著,具有疏肝理气,活血止痛之效。然而,柴胡疏肝散的出处尚存疑义,有学者认为该方是出自明代御医叶文龄的《医学统旨》,也有学者认为是出自明代医家张介宾的《景岳全书》。文章依据史料并结合历史背景,明晰柴胡疏肝散的出处;介绍柴胡疏肝散同名异方的概况与组方特点;探讨柴胡疏肝散中选用青皮与陈皮的差异;分析柴胡疏肝散的主治病症;进一步梳理柴胡疏肝散的现代药理作用。文章指出,古往今来肝郁是影响疾病发生与发展的重要病机之一,柴胡疏肝散是治疗众多身心疾病重要方剂,基于中医整体观念,运用现代科学技术手段,多途径、多层面地解析柴胡疏肝散等经典方药,是实现中医药现代的重要途径之一。
Chaihu Shugan Powder(柴胡疏肝散)is a representative prescription of regulating Qi,which has the effects of soothing liver and activating blood and relieving pain.Chaihu Shugan Powder is widely used in clinical practice and has remarkable curative effect.However,the origin of Chaihu Shugan Powder is still doubtful.Some scholars believe that it is from Medical Command written by YE Wenling in the Ming Dynasty and some scholars believe it is from Jingyue′s Complete Book written by ZHANG Jiebin in the Ming Dynasty physician.Based on historical data and historical background,this article clarifies the source of Chaihu Shugan Powder,introduces the same name with different prescriptions and the characteristics of prescriptions,explores the difference between the selection of Qingpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride)and Chenpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae)in Chaihu Shugan Powder,analyzes the main symptoms and further regulates the modern pharmacological action of Chaihu Shugan Powder.The article points out that liver depression is one of the important pathogenesis that affects the occurrence and development of diseases,and Chaihu Shugan Powder is an important prescription for the treatment of many physical and mental diseases,based on the overall concept,the use of modern scientific and technological means,the multi-channel and multi-level analysis of classic prescriptions is one of the important ways to realize the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.
