摘要
当前肝郁脾虚腹泻型肠易激综合征(diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome,IBS-D)病证结合模型造模方式多样,评价标准繁多,但中医病证结合模型仍处于发展阶段,存在造模思路单一,造模方法病证堆砌缺乏中医理论指导,模型评价主观性强尚无特异性指标及评价体系不完善。虽然中医治疗肝郁脾虚型IBS-D疗效显著,但其效应机制不明确,临床也未形成规范的指南,符合临床特征的病证模型既是研究的基石更是突破口。该文旨在对现有肝郁脾虚型IBS-D中医病证模型的制备思路、方法、评价展开讨论,为后续研究者提供可行的模型制备思路方法,以供参考。
At present,the syndrome combination model of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome has various modeling methods and evaluation standards,but the TCM disease syndrome combination model is still in the development stage,with single modeling ideas,stacking of diseases and syndromes and lack of TCM theoretical guidance.The evaluation of the model is highly subjective and there is no specific index.The evaluation system is imperfect.Although traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect on IBS-D of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,its effect mechanism is not clear,and there is no standardized clinical guide.The disease syndrome model in line with clinical characteristics is not only the cornerstone of the research but also the breakthrough.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the preparation ideas,methods and evaluation of the existing IBS-D TCM syndrome model of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,so as to provide the feasible model preparation ideas and methods for follow-up researchers for reference.
